Susie, in my mind, could take on a sort of "Undyne the Undying" type roll later in the Weird Route. I designed her based off of her usual outfit, took some aspects from Gerson's armor, and the general vibe and asthetic from the Undyne the Undying fight. So it's basically, you've monumentally fucked up, and she's gonna be the one to stop you.
