I tried to make a song that sounds corrupted without being discordant and unpleasant to listen to

I tried to make a track art that looks corrupted without being shitty or unpleasant to look at.

Okay but seriously, I thought it would be fun to make trackart that mixes corruption with non-corruption, and I found that the easiest way to do that was to export a low resolution JPEG and overlay that over the original image, and then erase the center. I did this with three different layers of JPEG compression.
